Conditions for Success : 6 Years PQE in Employment law, ideally within an established mid-tier or top-tier law firm Experience in Business Development & readily ability to manage client expectations Adept professional acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach Excellent communication skills - Confident approach and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and relevant third parties. Expert analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills. Able to work autonomously, and as part of a team where necessary. Your Responsibilities : On average, 6.5 billable hours per day are expected of the Senior Solicitors Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication. Draft and interpret relevant legal documents for cases including Awards and Enterprise Agreements, company policies & procedures and Employment Agreements Provide tailored advice to clients on workplace issues such: Employment (and post-employment) rights and obligations, Unfair dismissal Disciplinary processes Terminations Conducting litigation where appropriate. Interpreting relevant legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009.
