ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled and driven Piling Project Manager with 8 years of hands-on experience across CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall systems to take the lead on high-value civil projects in Melbourne. ABOUT YOU You bring deep technical knowledge and practical know-how in advanced piling and foundation construction, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in complex environments. You're a strong communicator, organised under pressure, and confident in leading the successful delivery of challenging ground engineering packages. WHAT YOU OFFER Solid expertise in piling operations and a broad understanding of foundation techniques. Demonstrated experience with modern piling systems and ground improvement methods. Strong skills in engineering documentation, site reporting, and project compliance. Collaborative mindset with the leadership capabilities to guide project teams. Excellent planning, scheduling, and time management abilities. YOUR ROLE Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and on-site teams to implement project plans accurately. Ensure all works are executed in line with design specifications and quality standards. Manage and oversee the installation of temporary works and enforce safety protocols. Create and update short-term construction programs as needed. Prepare methodologies, risk assessments, and other technical submissions. Record and manage scope changes and variations for monthly valuations. Keep a comprehensive site diary documenting daily progress, issues, and milestones. Ensure all documentation and project records are up-to-date and well maintained. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in civil or geotechnical engineering. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Prior experience in the Australian or New Zealand construction sector is essential. Strong background in self-performing piling and ground engineering operations. In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and engineering principles.
