About the Role - In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing support, training, document administration, maintenance, vendor and stakeholder relationship management and communication of the company's core business application and technology platforms. Working within the IT team, the IT & Business Systems Support Analyst will play a leading role on business systems workflow projects, documenting workflows, creating manuals and training users on new or updated workflows. Key duties include; Train new and existing team members on existing and new workflows, along with functional application changes. Develop into the subject matter expert (SME) for the company’s core business application and manage end to end the deployment of updates, patches and new releases. Core business application support and administration Key liaison responsible for the relationship between IT, business unit managers and vendors. Creating/updating how-to guides, training manuals, flowcharts and process documentation Use Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 to carry out administration. Smartphone Setup and email configuration Understand and plan proposed vendor upgrades. Investigate and communicate the impact/upgrade to the business Leverage Microsoft SQL scripting to extract data and produce reports The Successful Candidate: An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident 2 years experience training people and this experience is visible on your resume 2 years support and administration experience of IT and infrastructure Some exposure to a corporate environment Experience deploying end to end, application upgrades, patches and releases Ability to use SQL to extract data via the use of scripts Experience communicating with stakeholders and vendors 2 Years experience creating documentation, training or How-To guides and process/workflow diagrams Outstanding communication and customer services capabilities What's On Offer - 90K package plus lucrative uncapped commission structure and a true work life balance.
