About the role Working to support the Events process, you will assist in all areas of Events administration. Your responsibilities will include Creation and distribution of Banquet Event Orders Preparation of menus, signage and floor plans for all Events Liaison and communication between Events, Food & Beverage department and Kitchen Liaison with suppliers (Internal & External) Reactive sales of the Hotel’s events spaces and accommodation, including Hotel site inspections Proactive sales of the Hotel’s events spaces and accommodation, supporting the Business Development Manager Reporting, filing and internal communications About you Dynamic individual with an ability to efficiently multitask Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment preferred Drive for exceptional service which exceeds our guest’s expectations Passion and flair for success Proven ability in Sales & Catering software packages desirable If you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
