Accounts Payable Officer Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide a high level of hands-on accounting support to the Digga group. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a small team this role will suit someone with superior skills in multitasking for this fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you will have a keen interest in accounting and all finance functions including accounts receivable. Key responsibilities will include: Full management of Digga Group Accounts Payable, including data entry, reconciliation and processing expense invoices ect. Handling creditor enquiries Reconciling and processing staff credit cards and expense claims Ensuring compliance with legislation, including ABN verification, GST compliance and record keeping Assisting with month end closure and all associated reporting incl. tax and FBT analysis General and ad hoc administrative duties Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts payable role Strong background in large ERP systems Good understanding of accounting / bookkeeping principles Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work with a high level of accuracy Intermediate knowledge of software packages including word and excel.
