Key Responsibilities: Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close Maintain and monitor job costing and project tracking, ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple construction projects Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making across the business Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, taxation requirements, and internal controls Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to understand project performance and cost drivers Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost control About You: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant within the construction or property industry is essential Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost tracking Experience with accounting software such as Databuild, Xero High attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple entities and projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CPA/CA qualified Benefits: Flexible and supportive team environment Growing company with strong project pipeline On-site parking available Hands-on role with exposure to all aspects of the business
