Your Role As a Course Adviser, you will: Respond to and follow up on course enquiries Explain course options and study requirements Guide prospective students through the enrolment process Use sales and relationship-building techniques to meet enrolment targets Maintain accurate student records in our CRM system Support administrative functions related to student engagement What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a course adviser or sales/customer service role Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong ability to build rapport with prospective students Ability to meet KPIs and work both independently and within a team Experience in education or use of CRM systems is advantageous Why Join AIPC?
