Every space and interaction are intentionally crafted to spark wonder, encourage exploration, and support holistic development in a safe, joyful setting. • Work in a float position in supporting the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring a high standard of care, compliance, and communication. • Guide, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality teaching practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the centre’s philosophy. • Encourage reflective practice, critical thinking, and continuous improvement among educators. • Assist with administration, enrolments, rostering, and compliance, helping the Centre Director to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
