Qualifications We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Accommodation Receptionist to join our team at our Wagga Wagga site. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to fill a Receptionist role supporting our accommodation services. This full-time position plays a key role in managing reservation systems, updating room status in real-time, and communicating with housekeeping teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional accommodation and front desk services Maintain and update booking and reservation systems Communicate effectively with housekeeping to support room readiness Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and courteous manner Accurately file records and maintain documentation Follow workplace safety procedures and contribute to a positive, safe environment No prior experience is required—just a strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service in a welcoming and professional setting.
