Your New Role We have a 12-month max-term contract opportunity for an Advice Operations Specialist to join the Member Service Delivery Team. The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day business operations of Advice Services to support the retention and growth of members under advice. In this role, you will support various advice specialist functions, using processes, tools, and technology to ensure middle and back-office functions meet business standards and agreed SLAs. The role is also responsible for managing and supporting adviser tools such as Adviser Portal, Member Direct Adviser Portal and CRM from an SME perspective, focusing on enhancement and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities will include Manage fortnightly advice fee batch process, ensuring fees are deducted and payments processed accurately and on time. Manage and maintain the automated adviser onboarding process. Ensure advisers are created correctly in core systems and resolve exceptions. Perform regular checks to ensure compliance requirements are met. Work closely with Advice Assurance to manage adviser licensee movements, ensuring adviser member account authorities are managed and updated in line with ASIC guidelines. Address any concerns with advisers in coordination with Advice Assurance for immediate action. Act as data custodians and experts on all Adviser Services related areas, including adviser authorities, advice fees, workflow cases and adviser/licensee profiles. Manage various data requests from stakeholders. Manage and monitor the end-to-end process of adviser third-party authorities. Ensure authorities timely creation, revocation, or update of authorities the through TPA automation channel connected with our administrator. Maintain adviser and authority records within our core registry (CRM) to ensure records are kept up to date and accurate at all times. What You’ll Need Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own workplan, multitask and work autonomously. Strong analytical, data management and reporting skills High attention to detail and accuracy, proficient in identifying errors and system issues. Proficient in system knowledge and usage, demonstrating a keen ability to comprehend and navigate system behaviors effortlessly.
