This role ensures the integrity and compliance of business processes through second-line oversight, risk identification, and process monitoring. Key responsibilities include preparing assurance reports, conducting investigations, analysing data for trends, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and policy obligations. The role also involves building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About you With 2–4 years’ experience in compliance, legal, or risk environments, you excel at ensuring processes meet regulatory and organisational standards. Skilled at building relationships, you communicate clearly and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Your integrity and commitment to ethical practices guide your work, helping to foster a culture of accountability and transparency across the organisation.
