About the role: We have ambitious plans to accelerate the growth of our Loan Market brand by providing enhanced support to our Loan Market brokers and businesses. This includes lead programs, marketing resources, referral partner opportunities, and other key activities to help them grow their brand. A fundamental commitment to our partners and Loan Market brokers is to help them attract and retain more clients. To deliver on this promise, we’re focused on strengthening the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives across our state broker network. This role is available in Sydney and Brisbane. Key responsibilities: As Broker Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for working with the Loan Market &Partner broker network in the state to: Driving marketing activation/subscriptions of our marketing platforms and services Drive brand activation, collaborative in-community marketing efforts and compliance for Loan Market, postcode by postcode, ensuring a Loan Market brand presence in every suburb we operate. Be the Loan Market brand ‘evangelist’ for the state Host regular training and showcase sessions to educate and motivate the network to engage with our marketing services Present at state events (Elevate, broker retreats, PD Days etc) to educate brokers on how to better find and keep clients. Showcase our marketing proposition to broker prospects as required. Work with Ray White offices to implement the digital lead toolkit (includes embedding lead capture opportunities in RW agent and office email marketing, email signatures, website etc.) In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing team, the state broker success team, the state leader and the recruitment team to implement our marketing strategy with excellence. To succeed in this role you will bring with you: We are seeking an experienced marketer who likes to go above and beyond, someone who looks for creative solutions to challenges, and doesn’t settle for the status quo. You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves, get into the details whilst achieving exceptional results for our brokers. Minimum 2 years experience working with (or in) a small business, or in a marketing role ideally in the finance or broking industry. Passionate about helping small business owners build their businesses, wit a strong awareness of their resource and time limitations when running (or working in) a self-owned business. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and referral marketing best practices. Technically savvy and able to adopt/learn new platforms and martech programs quickly.
