Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site) Compensation: $225,000–$300,000 50% bonus equity Schedule: Full-time What’s in it for you? Lead Financial Strategy: Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on long-term growth. Partner with Private Equity: Act as the financial liaison to PE sponsors, managing reporting, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. Own Financial Infrastructure: Oversee accounting, FP&A, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. Support M&A Efforts: Evaluate acquisition opportunities and lead financial due diligence and integration. Build & Mentor Team: Develop a strong, scalable finance organization that can support rapid growth. Who are you? Experienced CFO or Senior Finance Leader: 10 years in progressive finance roles, with proven success in a tech or high-growth environment. Private Equity Experience: Skilled in PE reporting, board presentations, and aligning financial strategy with investor expectations. Tech-Savvy Operator: Deep understanding of SaaS or tech-enabled business models and associated metrics. Strategic & Hands-On: Able to operate at both the boardroom and tactical levels with ease.
