The Role Manage end-to-end property sourcing and acquisition Conduct deep market research & due diligence to identify value Present clear investment recommendations to clients Build strong agent networks & manage relationships with all stakeholders (agents, conveyancers, brokers, inspectors) Use RP Data, CoreLogic & advanced internal systems to drive success The Person 1 years’ experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a real estate role Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence Experience managing clients, preparing presentations & securing deals Strong communication, research & negotiation skills Confident working autonomously and delivering outstanding client outcomes Passion for property investment and building a long-term career with an elite team The Perks Competitive base salary super uncapped commissions Advanced tech stack & national data tools from day one Strong admin support & direct guidance from the Director Ongoing professional development & leadership opportunities Hybrid model – WFH Wednesdays Vibrant Lower North Shore office with a collaborative, growth-focused culture Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
