The Role Manage a tidy portfolio of approx. 150 properties Handle arrears, maintenance, lease renewals & rent reviews Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines & mid-week leasing (no weekends!) Communicate confidently with landlords & tenants Prepare for tribunal hearings as needed Use industry-leading platforms to make your day easier The Person Previous experience managing a property portfolio Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships Highly organised with solid problem-solving skills Certificate of Registration required The Perks Monday to Friday only with a 4pm finish on Fridays for team socials Company car & parking provided Salary package up to $100k comms based on experience Quarterly team events fully paid by the company Work in a fun, down-to-earth team that celebrates success Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
