About the Role As a Contract Trainer and Assessor for the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, you’ll be delivering engaging and practical online training to students across Australia. You’ll facilitate tutorials and workshops, provide academic guidance, and coach students to succeed in their learning journey. This role plays a critical part in translating theoretical learning into real-world application, ensuring each student gains valuable and job-ready skills. You will work closely with the AIM academic and student support teams to ensure quality learning experiences while maintaining compliance with RTO standards. Your industry knowledge, communication skills, and commitment to learner success will help shape future professionals in finance and mortgage broking. Key Responsibilities Deliver online training and assessment in line with nationally recognised qualifications. Mentor and coach students to achieve academic and professional goals. Facilitate engaging group tutorials, workshops, and discussions. Provide timely, constructive feedback on assessments. Ensure training aligns with RTO policies and AQF/AQTF standards. Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for diverse learner cohorts. About You Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). Minimum five years' recent experience in VET training and assessment. Hold a relevant qualification in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Proven experience in mentoring and coaching students. Skilled in adapting content into real-life industry scenarios. Excellent communication and online presentation skills. Strong understanding of RTO compliance and training frameworks. Highly organised, self-driven, and committed to student success.
