What you'll do As the Lead of Operations and Training - Communications, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical components for our medical devices while also championing knowledge transfer and technical capability building across teams. Key responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical components for medical devices. - Own engineering documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. - Deliver technical training and build capability across cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Operations to drive product success. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Who you are You're a hands-on technical leader with a deep understanding of medical device regulations and a passion for mentoring others. You're confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bring energy and clarity to complex projects. Required experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline - Significant experience in medical devices and compliance - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, documentation practices, and design controls - Proven leadership in training, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams Why join Stryker?
