The Role We’re on the lookout for a curious and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team at Pepper Money. Whether you’re early in your career or bringing years of experience, this role offers the chance to work across a wide range of treasury activities and contribute to meaningful financial insights. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports both Treasury and the wider business, helping drive smart decision-making through data analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Financial Analysis: Dive into data modelling, liquidity forecasting, credit support, cost of funds, and market risk. Reporting & Process Improvement: Help enhance reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency and clarity. Warehouse Support: Provide analysis for changes to funding warehouses and support settlement of securitisation transactions. Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly insights and presentation materials for Treasury committees and forums. About you We’re open to candidates with a range of experience levels—if you’re motivated and ready to learn or lead, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll bring: Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and producing accurate, timely insights. Technical Know-How: Experience with financial modelling and portfolio analysis is a plus. Securitisation Knowledge: Exposure to settlement processes and cash flow analytics is helpful, but not essential.
