Collaborate on organisational change and culture-building projects. Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources. Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels. Profile A successful People Business Partner should have: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices. Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from AUD 120,000 to AUD 150,000.
