Your primary duties will involve recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing information related to traffic management activities. You will report to the office manager. Additionally, you will handle routine clerical tasks such as sorting mail, photocopying documents, and providing administrative support to ensure the office functions effectively. Responsibilities: Accurately record and maintain information related to traffic management activities. Prepare, sort, classify, and file documents to ensure easy retrieval and organization. Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining vehicle engines and related systems, providing advice to motorists, and contributing to the overall efficiency of traffic management operations. Responsibilities: Thoroughly inspect vehicle engines, mechanical systems, and electrical components to identify any issues or potential problems. Utilize diagnostic tools to assess the condition of vehicles accurately. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and accurately to determine the required repairs. Analyze vehicle computer and electronic systems for optimal performance. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as replacing fluids, lubricating parts, and ensuring overall vehicle functionality. Schedule and conduct routine maintenance sessions to prevent breakdowns and ensure vehicle reliability. Advise motorists on proper vehicle use, preventive maintenance, and safety measures. You will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, conducting risk analyses, and facilitating effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders. You will report to the contract administrator and director. Responsibilities: Schedule regular meetings with clients, project teams, and on-site stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Record decisions and action items, providing updates to relevant parties to keep the project running smoothly. Schedule and organize regular meetings with WZ1 designers, project teams, and relevant stakeholders. Conduct risk analyses on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS 1742.3 2019). Implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety and adherence to regulations. Break down projects into manageable tasks, setting timeframes and goals. Review contracts, ensuring that project timelines are adhered to and that sufficient time is allocated for staff scheduling and setup. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including design plans, specifications, and compliance records.
