Marketing Coordinator Team Lead Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of machinery attachments for the earthmoving and construction industry. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to provide leadership to the team in crafting and constructing engaging and high-quality content in line with company priorities and deadlines. Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager you will play a key role within the marketing team and guide and support the team in the maintenance and growth of the Global representation of the brand for the Digga group of companies. Key responsibilities will include: Work with the National Marketing Manager to create, monitor and drive the progress of projects including assigning tasks, managing deadlines and clearing roadblocks. Oversee the planning of meetings, events and tradeshows by identifying and organising requirements, developing schedules and coordinating mail lists/contacts as required Work with relevant departments under instruction from National Marketing Manager on the implementation of marketing tasks/plans/projects in line with business needs Prepare editorials, testimonials and blogs for the Digga group companies and social media Assist with social media content sourcing and creation Coordinate various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogues and other sales literature Contribute to the creation of branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing team by coordinating and creating content Update and create marketing material including but not limited to price books, brochures, flyers and posters Essential Requirements Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or communications or equivalent on the job experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Technically minded: Ability to understand and market our product Advanced knowledge and experience using Adobe suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro essential Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership skills or experience; Confident and outgoing nature with a professional attitude Highly motivated, and ability to work autonomously Reliability and strong work ethic required Strong organizational and planning skills Company: Opportunities for career progression and additional training Sitting/standing electronic adjustable desks Staff events such as company BBQs, Christmas Parties etc Free EAP service for staff and their families 24/7 counselling Free Fitness App Health Assessments and self-care programs Exclusive offers and discounts for well-known/leading brands and company’s Wellbeing articles Although not essential a background in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of earthmoving equipment would be highly regarded.
