About the role: In the role of Client Services Officer at RSM you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing inquiries and issues promptly. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to our financial planning professionals; Prepare and complete implementation forms for recommended advice; Assist in the management of compliance obligations; Maintenance of financial data within dedicated financial planning software; Obtaining information from relevant financial providers; Ongoing management of prospective/existing client communication whilst developing and maintaining strong client relationships; and General administration duties for the team. About you: Previous experience in a similar client services role; Have excellent self-discipline and workflow management skills; Ability to multitask and experience of working to and meeting deadlines; Ability to work in a challenging environment with regular process change; High attention to detail at all times; Strong communication skills – both written and verbal; and Ability to work in a team environment, be professionally presented and most importantly, have a warm and empathetic approach to our client’s needs.
