Your next career opportunity As the Academic Programs Assistant within the Academic Support Office at Melbourne Law School, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of key teaching and learning operations. Working as part of the Program Delivery team, you will contribute to the administration of assessment and timetabling processes across undergraduate and graduate coursework programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely service delivery in a dynamic academic environment. Your responsibilities will include: Administering assessments and results processes by collating and uploading marks, supporting the distribution and return of assessment materials, maintaining relevant records in university systems, and ensuring timely responses to staff and student enquiries. Supporting timetabling activities by entering and updating data in university scheduling systems, monitoring enrolments, assisting with class registration, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of teaching spaces. Contributing to key academic events and operations by assisting with planning and delivery of major faculty events such as Orientation and Open Day, and undertaking other duties as required to support the broader Teaching and Learning team. Ensuring compliance and upholding quality standards by adhering to University policies, statutory obligations, and risk management frameworks, including responsibilities related to occupational health and safety.
