Description About the role Are you passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and skills to leverage AI and Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team and lead training delivery and adoption projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping organisations understand the value of the Microsoft 365 application suite, including Microsoft AI/Copilot, and how these tools can drive business transformation and operational efficiency. This is not a technical role, but rather one that requires exceptional teaching and training delivery skills, strong expertise with Microsoft’s productivity tools from an end-user perspective, and a willingness to engage with new AI technologies and drive ACM (Adoption and Change Management) initiatives. What you will be doing Project Delivery: Lead and support multiple training and adoption projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Step in to assist with project challenges as needed. Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on the Microsoft 365 application suite and emerging AI technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues while contributing to thought leadership content. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define strategies, and support the delivery of our training and adoption services. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in teaching/training, AI, M365, and ACM while continuously improving our methodologies and approaches. What we're looking for Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a teacher or trainer with a proven track record of successful delivery. Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or technology-related fields. Relevant certifications, e.g., training, ACM/Prosci, are a plus. Skills: Strong training and presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge: Expertise in the M365 platform and the ability to quickly learn Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot. Emerging knowledge of ACM principles will be well-regarded. Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
