This role has a strong focus on employee relations, policy development, and enterprise bargaining, and offers the chance to work in a truly unique environment. What you’ll be doing: Managing end-to-end case management of employee relations issues, including investigations, performance, grievances, and award interpretation; Leading and supporting enterprise bargaining and union engagement; Reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with best practice and compliance; Partnering with leaders on succession planning and capability development initiatives; Supporting and delivering strategic HR projects across culture, engagement, and workforce planning; Contributing to and supporting organisational change management initiatives across the business; and Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to leaders across both operational and corporate environments. About you: You bring solid experience as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; You’ve worked with unions and supported enterprise bargaining processes, and you're confident navigating industrial instruments and agreements; A natural problem solver, you stay calm under pressure and bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex people matters; You have hands-on experience managing employee relations casework end-to-end, with a sound understanding of policies and compliance; and You’re a true team player - collaborative, reliable, and known for getting things done quickly and effectively without compromising on quality.
