Tenant Engagement & Support Communication & Education Conduct tenant inductions for new tenants Manage incoming tenant phone calls and office walk-ins Handle all tenancy-related queries and requests Educate tenants on the systems, tenant portal, and maintenance platform Action & execute processes for new tenants, vacating tenants, lease renewals, break leases, routine inspection scheduling, pet requests and associated admin tasks. Support with tenancy application processing and referencing Respond to urgent maintenance issues The Criteria Minimum of two years previous experience in property management.
