DIVTEC Training College (DIVTEC) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) regulated by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and has been supporting the community through training for over 10 years. DIVTEC is a boutique RTO that provides specialised training in community care, individual support, disability as well as allied health. We are now seeking a passionate and qualified health Trainer to join our dynamic team. What we can offer you: A friendly, positive and supportive team environment Access to further education to develop your skills further Some work from home capabilities when not in class and after probationary period What you will be doing: Deliver engaging vocational education and training programs in the Certificate II Health Support Services and Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance to schools and workplaces Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and support Mentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirations Mark and grade student assessments and provide constructive feedback Work with other organisations to assist students to find placements and ensure our students transition smoothly into their chosen careers You will bring: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher A minimum of Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or Certificate II in Health Support Services Experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects Demonstrable industry experience in the Health Industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An effective and flexible training delivery style that delivers positive outcomes across disadvantaged and culturally diverse clients with a priority focus on quality Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Student Management Systems (training will be provided if it not familiar) Current driver’s license and own transport Renumeration: The base rate for this position is upwards of $75,000 per annum plus superannuation (negotiable based on skills and experience if you already have your TAE) If you have any specific questions regarding this role, please contact Brendon Stringer , RTO Manager on 0410 314 397 or email bstringer@divtec.edu.au ONCALL is a Child Safe organisation, committed to Zero Tolerance to Abuse in care.
