As we grow, so do our teams. We have an entry level opportunity to join one of our teams in Self-Insurance for an Assistant Case Manager. As the “engine room” of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to be able to provide the best experience for our clients. Your new role As an Assistant Case Manager you will: Support the team by managing day to day admin tasks including paying invoices, reimbursements, uploading reports, admin tasks and data entry Collaboratively work with your team to follow up and engage with key stakeholders Managing lodgments and reporting in internal systems Assist the team and management where required to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner About you You are driven by supporting others and your own self development You work experience is from a high volume environment You value collaboration and team work Sound knowledge of computer systems.
