Your new role Lead and support a team of Business Analysts, providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities Own and drive the planning and execution of analysis activities—from assessing business needs and capturing requirements to designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions Be recognised as a subject matter expert, confidently leading the delivery of change by shaping and directing analysis work across complex initiatives Apply your strong understanding of business processes and technology systems to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions within an Agile framework Take a natural lead in mentoring others on analysis techniques, sharing your insurance and IT experience to uplift capability across the team Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Architects to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the delivery lifecycle Happy to talk flexible working Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams), and background checks.
