Coordinate vendor activity and ensure contractor compliance with safety standards and Australian regulations Support event logistics by coordinating furniture and equipment movement as required About You Trade qualified in a relevant field (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical) with hands-on experience in general building and grounds maintenance Confident in your technical knowledge and practical skills, with a strong understanding of reactive and preventative maintenance across commercial or educational sites Proven leadership experience—you're comfortable guiding a team, setting expectations, and supporting your staff to perform at their best Naturally proactive and solution-focused—you anticipate issues before they arise and take ownership of outcomes Positive and energetic, with a genuine enthusiasm for what you do and a commitment to fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture Skilled at building strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams—you're a clear communicator who listens, collaborates, and inspires trust Calm and composed under pressure, able to juggle competing priorities while keeping the team on track Values-driven, with a strong sense of pride in delivering quality work and representing your organisation with professionalism Able to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check, and hold a valid driver's licence If you're passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance services and ready to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you!
