The Role: As the Quality Systems Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Shepparton UHT site’s quality function during a peak period of improvement. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll help streamline processes, reduce any system backlogs, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external food safety requirements. This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract role ideal for someone who thrives in quality systems, enjoys coaching others, and knows their way around HACCP and GMP environments. Duties: Support internal stakeholders to manage CARs Assist with updates to UHT HACCP documentation and annual test matrix Support the redevelopment of GMP and training material Provide day-to-day support to the broader Quality team as required Identify process and system improvement opportunities to drive accuracy and efficiency About You: You’ll bring a strong background in food manufacturing, ideally with UHT experience, and a solid understanding of quality and manufacturing systems. You’re proactive, organised, and confident working independently while juggling competing priorities.
