Leadership training, mentoring, and guidance offered to reach your goals. 76% of our promotions last year were to female members of our team The role will involve: Completion of Vocational Assessments and Vocational Counselling, within compensable schemes inclusive of NSW worker's and motor vehicle insurance schemes. Potential completion of medicolegal assessments; pending experience. Completion of all aspects of assessments inclusive of contacts, assessment, pre and post assessment notes / preparation, report writing, medical case conferencing etc. Identification of suitable employment pathways for injured clients which are achievable and realistic, using labour market research to justify suitability. Completion of appropriate re-training and other incentive applications (eg. SIRA applications) to enhance client competitiveness in the open labour market. Effective and professional communication with all stakeholders with proactiveness and strategic guidance. Supporting our internal quality systems inclusive of post-assessment supervision, report peer reviews etc. About you: Tertiary qualifications with Full ASORC membership (eg: Rehabilitation Counsellor). Minimum 2 years of experience in the compensable rehabilitation space. Driver's license and willingness to travel for client assessments as needed. Innovation, Integrity, Proactivity and Solutions Focused approaches to work evident in employment background. Willingness to engage positively within an office culture.
