We are on the lookout for a Trademark Administrator with proven experience to join their Melbourne CBD office and be part of a close-knit IP team. What You’ll Be Doing You'll play a key role in managing and protecting clients’ IP assets, with responsibilities including: Administering local and international trademark, design, and domain portfolios Preparing and lodging trademark applications, oppositions, renewals, and related filings Supporting disputes, infringement, and enforcement matters Updating and maintaining IP management systems, templates, and databases Collaborating with Partners, Associates, and fellow administrators to deliver exceptional client service What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring: 2 years of experience in Trademark Administration within a legal or specialist IP environment Strong knowledge of IP systems, trademark law processes, and international jurisdictions A proactive, meticulous approach with excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to manage large client portfolios and work autonomously when required A genuine interest in Intellectual Property and brand protection What’s in It for You?
