Our diverse codebase spans React, Kotlin, Swift, and Rails. We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a deep specialisation in either Web or backend development, who also possesses the versatility to contribute across any of our codebases when needed. You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, combining deep expertise with a broad understanding, and is passionate about elevating both technology and people. What you'll do: Lead Initiatives: Drive the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable solutions, setting technical direction and best practices. "T-Shaped" Impact: Leverage your primary expertise while contributing across our full stack, including Web (React), backend (Kotlin, Rails) and mobile (Kotlin, Swift). Own End-to-End Delivery: Autonomously lead significant technical projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality, successful outcomes. Strong Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Design and fellow Engineers to align technical solutions with business goals and enhance user experience. Problem Solving & Mentorship: Guide team members, foster their growth, and proactively resolve technical roadblocks through research and innovative solutions.
