We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Health Information Coordinator to play a key role in managing our clinical records and supporting high-quality patient care. About the Role As our Health Information Coordinator, you will: Ensure accurate, secure, and efficient management of patient health records (paper and electronic). Oversee compliance with privacy legislation and medical record-keeping standards. Support clinicians and management with reporting, data analysis, and audit preparation. Drive continuous improvement in health information systems and processes. Collaborate with the team to maintain accreditation and quality standards. About You We are looking for someone who: ✅ Has experience in health records management (medical practice, hospital, or health organisation). ✅ Understands health privacy, confidentiality, and data security principles. ✅ Is tech-savvy, with strong skills in EMR systems, Best Practice, Xero, MYOB, PENCS and Microsoft Office. ✅ Brings excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Works well independently and as part of a supportive team. A qualification in Health Information Management or related field is desirable but not essential.
