We're seeking a Senior Project Engineer with a background in remedial works, concrete, or blast and paint. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll manage end-to-end project delivery on complex civil works. Description Oversee the full lifecycle of remedial and civil projects Manage subcontractors, site activities, and day-to-day project execution Interpret drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation Monitor QA, safety, and compliance with client specifications Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Provide technical input and problem-solving on-site Report to the Project Manager and support junior staff as needed Profile A successful Senior Project Engineer should have: 5 years of engineering experience in civil or remedial projects Strong background in either concrete works or blast & paint Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish Comfortable working in lean teams and taking ownership Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards Full working rights in Australia A proactive, practical mindset and strong leadership potential Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from $1150500 to $145,000 AUD.
