As our highly valued Regional Manager, Branch Network based in Brisbane, you lead a geographically distributed group of Branch Managers and their customer-facing teams, with accountability for the sales, service, and operational performance of your region. You are responsible for the coaching, performance management, and development of your leaders, ensuring consistency and clarity in execution across the network. You work closely with Sales Excellence Managers, Product and Marketing teams, Credit, Risk, and the broader Sales and Distribution leadership team to create an environment where frontline teams can thrive. You’ll make an impact by: You will drive outcomes through others—supporting your branch leaders to deliver on scorecard targets, lift team capability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll bring rhythm, focus, and a hands-on leadership approach that sets the tone for performance and culture across your region. Regional Leadership & Performance Delivery •Lead the delivery of sales, service, and operational outcomes across your branch region in line with national scorecards and enterprise goals. •Drive team accountability and high performance through structured performance rhythms and ongoing coaching. •Monitor key metrics such as home lending volume, retention, customer growth, and NPS to identify opportunities for improvement. •Empower Branch Managers to lead their teams with clarity, energy, and purpose. People Leadership & Coaching •Develop, coach, and performance manage a team of Branch Managers to support their leadership growth and business delivery. •Embed a strong feedback and coaching culture across the network, underpinned by regular 1:1s, team reviews, and leadership forums. •Support talent identification and succession planning across your region. •Foster an inclusive, purpose-driven culture that brings out the best in people. Customer & Community •Champion customer advocacy by ensuring branches deliver consistent, caring, and proactive service. •Ensure customer needs are at the centre of all sales conversations, guided by responsible lending and ethical banking practices. •Build strong local networks and community partnerships to elevate the brand and deepen community impact. •Monitor and address customer feedback, complaints, and service performance across your region. Operational Discipline & Risk Management •Ensure branch teams operate in full compliance with policy, regulatory, and operational requirements. •Partner with Credit, Risk, and Compliance to uplift branch awareness and first-line risk maturity. •Lead regional execution of operational initiatives, system changes, and remediation activities. •Embed continuous improvement into your operating rhythm, identifying and addressing friction points.
