About the opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Emergency Respite Service Coordinator to lead the delivery of vital support for carers through our Carer Gateway Services. This is a chance to step into a leadership role where you’ll drive the development, implementation and day-to-day management of emergency respite services that truly make a difference. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Emergency Respite Carer Support Planners across QLD and NSW, ensuring high-quality, responsive services are available to carers in times of need. You’ll oversee service performance, engage with key stakeholders and partners, and provide strategic and operational leadership to continually improve outcomes for carers and their families. We’re seeking a proactive leader who understands the challenges faced by carers and is passionate about delivering innovative, evidence-based support. Your ability to build strong relationships, guide a dedicated team and navigate the carer service landscape will be key to your success.
