The Role We’re on the lookout for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our Asset Finance team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing our introducer base across Queensland. You’ll also play a key part in expanding our footprint by identifying new business opportunities and developing smart growth strategies. Plus, you’ll be the go-to expert for training introducers on our systems, compliance, and product offering. Grow the Network: Develop and execute plans to expand our introducer base across Queensland. Strengthen Relationships: Build deep connections with existing clients by understanding their needs and showcasing our value. Spot Opportunities: Identify new business prospects and turn them into long-term partnerships. Deliver Training: Provide hands-on support and training on our front-end systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes. About You We’re looking for someone who’s confident, collaborative, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you’ll bring: Industry Experience: At least 3 years in sales within the asset finance space within QLD Proven Results : A track record of consistently hitting sales targets. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-Oriented: Organised, thorough, and great at managing multiple priorities. Customer-Focused: A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering great service. Self-Starter: Motivated, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
