Your responsibilities will include: Manage Donor Relationships: Build and nurture a portfolio of prospective and confirmed donors , focusing on securing planned gifts. Drive Program Strategy: Contribute to the implementation of the university's Philanthropy Program, meeting pipeline growth and fundraising targets Collaborate Across Teams: Work with colleagues in Advancement, academic leaders, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of planned giving. Ensure Legal Compliance: Navigate complex legal considerations, ensuring alignment with university policies and estate law. You ’ll be a great fit if: You are a relationship-driven fundraising professional with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of philanthropic giving, and a passion for connecting donors' aspirations with real world impact .
