A key part of this role is working directly with carers to understand their experiences and ensure services are culturally responsive and designed with their needs in mind; you will drive new ways to reach and connect with all carers, especially those who might face extra barriers, by creating resources and experiences that are intuitive and inclusive. To be successful in this role, you will need: Tertiary qualification in social work, community development, public health, human services, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in access and inclusion leadership, preferably within carer services, mental health, disability, or community sectors. This position is about making sure that all carers, no matter who they are or where they live in Queensland, South West Sydney, and the Nepean Blue Mountains, can easily get the support they need from Carer Gateway services. You will work closely with carers, internal teams, partners and community to ensure services are welcoming, culturally safe and supportive, aligning efforts directly with the National Carer Strategy, Carer Gateway Strategic Priorities, and Wellways' goals.
