About the Role: You will be responsible for a portfolio of 4 - 5 custom KDR and luxury townhouse projects, overseing all administrative aspects of the builds, from site start to handover. Trade negotiation, RFI's, sending claims, respond to client queries, and collaborating with site managers for seamless project progression. About You: 2 years experience as a CA, preferably within architectural or custom home building, KDRB, townhouse or similar Ability to read and interpret architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports and specifications.
