Key Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of formation programs and events, including logistics, bookings and planning Provide administrative support to the Formation Committee, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and scheduling Manage formation communications, including newsletters, inbox management and website updates Liaise with ministry leaders to promote resources and share key initiatives Ensure all work reflects and supports our Catholic identity, mission and values Collaborate with a supportive and purpose-driven team to implement strategic initiatives What You’ll Bring A genuine understanding of Catholic ministry, language and rituals 5 years’ experience in formation, mission, communications or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and attention to detail Confidence using MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress A calm, proactive and positive approach to your work WHAT'S NEXT?
