This is a full-time, permanent position operating Monday to Friday. As a key player in our inventory management team, you’ll deliver insightful analytics to drive inventory optimisation strategies across the business. Your primary focus will be supporting core functions through the seamless transition from current to future inventory states. You’ll lead the execution of parts inventory plans by applying forecasting techniques, material planning, and order fulfilment processes—ensuring alignment with business goals and performance targets every step of the way. Paid parental leave options Salary continuance insurance Free on-site parking About You A successful teammate will have experience in: You’ll have a strong foundation in inventory, supply chain, or logistics—backed by tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience. You will have at least five years in inventory planning and modelling within a complex, diversified environment You bring deep expertise in inventory systems and distribution logistics, ideally within Caterpillar frameworks. Your skill set includes project and change management, advanced analytical abilities, and hands-on proficiency with ERP/MRP platforms.
