Aeris Resources are currently seeking applications for a Superintendent Mine Engineering to join and lead out Technical Services team at Cracow Gold Operations in Central Queensland. Reporting to the Mine Manager, the Superintendent Mine Engineering delivers a full range of technical services to site operations. This position is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with effective leadership skills to work with a variety of stakeholders. Experience in a Hard Rock Metalliferous, underground environment is essential. Your day-to-day will see you leading a professional technical services team and delivering a ccurate plans, schedules, forecasts and budgets (including Life of Mine plans) and reviews of mine plans and designs. You will also manage or lead the implementation of mining related improvement projects. compliance with safety policies and procedures and conducting workplace inspections. Partnering with Geotechs and Surveyors Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals. Advanced knowledge of Deswik (Highly regarded) Ability to work to tight timeframes and deadlines.
