We specialise in structural steel fabrication and general metal works, with a reputation for reliability, quality, and cost-effective solutions that meet Australian standards. Positions Available We're currently hiring for the following full-time roles, all available for immediate start. Sponsorship is an option for the right candidates. The positions are: 1. Workshop Supervisor - Min. 6 years and a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (or equivalent) 2. Leading Hand - Min. 4 years and a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (or equivalent) 3. Metal Fabricators / Boilermakers / Welders - Min. 3 years (steel structures) and relevant trade qualifications 4. CNC Machine Operators- Min. 3 years (steel-related CNC machinery) relevant experience 5. Trade Assistant - Minimum 2 years of experience (steel fabrication industry) and hold a White card, forklift ticket (required), and overhead crane experience 6. Design Coordinator - Min. 2 years (project coordination) and a Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Role Requirements For positions 1-4 : Industry-recognised certificates Proficient in English (spoken and written) Strong ability to interpret fabrication drawings In-depth knowledge of AS/NZS 5131, AS/NZS 1554, AS/NZS 4100 Valid WA driver's licence Ability to meet deadlines under pressure Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays if required For position 5 Trade assistant : Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the structural steel industry is preferred) White card (required) Valid driver's license and forklift ticket (required) HR driving license (preferred) Overhead crane experience Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., tape measure, grinder - preferred) Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays if required (preferred) Fluent in English (reading & writing) Experience in beamline & plate processing (preferred) For position 6, Design Coordinator : Experience in steel fabrication/construction coordination Skilled in AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar Knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and Word Familiarity with fabrication processes and standards Excellent interpersonal communication across technical and non-technical teams Commitment to quality and attention to detail What We Offer : Supportive and inclusive team culture Clear career progression pathways Access to landmark projects Modern, well-equipped workshop Long-term employment opportunity On-site parking Overtime opportunities Potential visa sponsorship for standout candidates Remuneration package for the positions are between: $76,515 - $120,000, aligned with skills and experience.
