About the Role We’re on the hunt for a confident, strategic thinker who can confidently manage client partnerships as well as be willing to wear several hats when required. You’ll work autonomously across your portfolio of clients, backed by a collaborative team and a supportive Director. From running WIPs to crafting compelling briefs and nurturing long-term client relationships, you’ll be the engine behind smooth operations and inspired delivery. What You’ll Do Lead projects and day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring top-tier service and creative outcomes. Manage workflow, schedules, and priorities within the studio, working closely with the Brisbane team to optimise output. Mentor and guide junior team members, particularly the Account Manager.
