What We are Looking For: We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, industry experience, and a collaborative spirit to support our operations. Minimum Requirements: Certificate IV in related discipline (e.g. chemistry/polymer technology /manufacturing) or equivalent relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualification Preferably 3 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing or fabrication industry Demonstrated knowledge of polymers, additives, and related materials to support programming and setup of production machinery Proven ability to inspect, calibrate, and regulate machines, with a focus on maintaining consistent product quality through basic quality control testing Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting plastic manufacturing equipment Ability to prepare and manage production and maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance overall productivity Experience in recommending and implementing design or process improvements to optimize operational efficiency, product quality, or system performance Skilled in performing routine product quality checks, including dimensional accuracy, material hardness, colour clarity, and visual appearance Capable of coordinating workflow processes and maintaining accurate production records and operational data If these sound like you, apply now!
