Working every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (onsite) , you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to come to workThis role blends operations, culture, and creativity. How you will add value: Oversee daily office operations: reception, meeting rooms, supplies, cleanliness & vendor management Create a warm, homely atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and supported Manage office budgets, building access, safety protocols & WHS compliance Lead and develop a small team of Office Assistants Coordinate workspace logistics for new hires, moves, and onboarding Plan and deliver amazing team experiences: social events, wellbeing programs, and cultural moments Champion a vibrant, safe, and inclusive workplace culture About you: Proven experience in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging team events, social initiatives, or culture-building activities. Previous experience managing or coaching direct reports, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost efficiencies while maintaining quality. Strong understanding of workplace health & safety (WHS) policies and practices, including conducting audits and ensuring compliance. Experience working closely with People & Culture or HR teams, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. Skilled at creating clear, engaging internal communications and content (bonus if you’re comfortable using Canva or similar tools). A track record of building positive relationships at all levels, with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
