About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in our Bondi Junction office, with the opportunity to grow into more senior positions as you develop with us. You’ll be responsible for reviewing deals, validating documentation, communicating with brokers and borrowers, and preparing files for credit decisioning. You’ll be key to keeping our credit engine running fast, accurate, and compliant. What You’ll Do Review incoming loan applications and ensure all supporting documents are in order Liaise with brokers, borrowers and solicitors to chase outstanding requirements Identify and escalate credit risks where necessary Work closely with the Credit Analysts and Credit Committee to support the approval process Ensure all records meet compliance and audit standards What You’ll Need Experience in a loan processing, settlements or credit support role Strong communication and organisation skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask under time pressure Basic understanding of mortgage lending, ideally in non-bank or private lending A problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in finance and credit Join a team that’s doubling in size and doing things differently Learn from some of the best minds in private lending Be part of a company that values initiative and rewards ambition Apply today and help us shape the future of private lending.
